Job Description
Lead the Continuing Care Assistant program as an Instructor beginning in September 2026. This essential contract role allows you to impart knowledge on critical skills in geriatric care.
The Instructor role spans two semesters, focusing on student mentorship and skill development in helping roles. You will engage with students, oversee course materials, and facilitate effective learning experiences in a dynamic and evolving educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Upload and update course materials and resources
• Engage with students and provide constructive feedback
• Prepare and maintain laboratories for skill demonstrations
• Teach essential skills and monitor student tests
• Submit all necessary documentation to Continuing Education
Requirements:
• Degree in Nursing or equivalent with RN/RPN status
• Active registration with CRNS or CRPNS
• Two years’ clinical or teaching experience in geriatric fields
