Installation Technician

Role

As an Installation Technician, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and reliable door solutions to our customers. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform service and installation in accordance with manufacturers’ recommended procedures and specifications.
• Document time spent and complete proper documentation detailing any problems, shortages, and inefficiencies in job‑site conditions.
• Perform all work in a safe manner to prevent accidents to yourself, co‑workers, contractors on‑site, and the general public and property of all concerned.
• Wear and maintain any or all Personal Protection Equipment when necessary.
• Perform planned maintenance, break‑fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.
