Inside sales specialist

Build the future with us as an Inside Sales Specialist. You will support Sales Directors, Associates, and financial advisors/MGAs by providing administrative, sales, and operational assistance in an insurance‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and efficient administrative and sales support to advisors and internal teams for insurance and financial products, sales structures, regulatory documentation, and internal processes.
• Act as a key liaison between financial advisors, BDMs, MGAs, and internal teams (operations, compliance, marketing, and investments) to ensure clear communication.
• Manage, maintain, and distribute sales concepts, tools, and presentations related to financial solutions, including inventory management in collaboration with the sales team.
