Inside Sales Representative

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generic functions:

1. Ensurescompliancetocompany regulations and policies.
2. Must be aware of the department’s Quality Standards.
3. Adhere to the department’sISO procedures.
4. Observes all safety rules.

Specific responsibilities:

1. Receives all wire rod orders, trade and affiliate sales, has credit checked, analyses,reviewsand obtains production approval, schedules for production, follows up on processing and dispatch of orders.
2. Receives modifications to existing orders, makes necessarychangesand advisespersonnelas necessary.
3. Ensures customer complaints informationareforwardedto Field Development Metallurgist.
4. Ensures QA releases in the shipping priority report are prioritized.
5. Forwards trial order information to the Technical Representative and advisescustomerwhen material is shipped.
