Kerr SmartEnergy is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment, and Supplies. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated, and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Sudbury.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and support both in person and over the phone.
- Complete paperwork and order entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain diligent follow-up on customer inquiries and outstanding tasks.
- Support customers by helping identify solutions to meet their business needs.
- Adhere to safe and efficient work practices.
- Assist with general branch operations and provide support to warehouse staff when required.
- Participate in technical and professional development training opportunities.
