Inside Sales Account Manager – Mountain West Region

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, this role focuses on selling parts and services to municipal water and wastewater treatment plants in the Mountain West region (OR, WA, AK, CO, NM, WY, MT) from the head office in London, Ontario, Canada.

Typical Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads and exceed sales and service targets on existing accounts through customer engagement, value selling, and funnel management.
• Participate in formal proposals, invitations to bid, supply contract management, and support contractual obligations.
• Qualify target customers for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Software‑connected opportunities.
• Collaborate with the regional account manager in the Southcentral Territory to support transactional sales, manage the territory inbox, produce quotes, and work toward shared win objectives.
