As a TPS Engineer, you will report to the TPS Engineering Supervisor and will focus on improving the entire plant structure and processes. Your responsibilities will include employing TPS techniques for kaizen improvements in material flow and operational efficiency. With your background in industrial engineering, you will facilitate workstation designs and optimize assembly processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective assembly cell designs
• Collaborate on the building of workstations
• Drive Kaizen initiatives in current production lines
• Conduct capacity planning and material flow simulations
