Innovative High School STEM Teacher

Hope Christian School seeks an Innovative High School STEM Teacher dedicated to developing passionate learners in science and technology. This part-time position supports asynchronous and synchronous instruction.
This temporary role is to fill a maternity leave and starts in the school year. Ideal candidates will design engaging curriculum across STEM disciplines and utilize Zoom for interactive lesson delivery, ensuring a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach Science 14 and STEM courses in various formats
• Develop inquiry-based and engaging programming
• Facilitate student interactions using Zoom tools
• Organize course materials and assessments in Canvas
• Offer timely, constructive feedback for growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Secondary Education with a STEM focus
• Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
• Teaching experience aligned with Alberta standards
