Drive transformation as the inaugural Director of the Futures Institute at Wilson College. Lead strategic initiatives and innovative student programming in this full-time leadership role.
As the Director, you will report to the Internal Governing Board while steering the Futures Institute's operations. Your key focus will be on setting strategic priorities and cultivating relationships with stakeholders to advance the Institute’s public profile and enhance its relevance in academia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive leadership for all operational aspects
• Develop impactful programming and student initiatives
• Foster relationships with both internal and external partners
• Oversee the Future of Canada symposium each year
• Collaborate on innovative academic programs and courses

• Master’s degree; PhD preferred in relevant fields
