Quality and Manufacturing Engineer – Longueuil, Quebec

Position Summary Reporting directly to the Production Director, the Quality/Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure products meet regulatory, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements. This person will utilize lean methodology to drive continuous improvement, and collaborate cross‑functionally to optimize manufacturing efficiency across the product lifecycle.

What You Will Do

• Lead problem solving, root‑cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns using statistical tools.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen Events, lean methodology, etc.
