- Wiring, racking equipment, manipulating equipment to install or uninstall, monitoring hardware consoles.
- Raising tickets with Service Now (no experience with service now needed).
- Infrastructure support.
**What you'll bring**:
- Experience as a data center operator.
- Availability to work 24/7 shifts.
- Work On site, live in Queretaro or Monterrey.
- Knowledge of ITIL desirable.
- English Intermediate
