Job Description
Join the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery as an Information Technology Systems Officer in Thunder Bay. Focus on developing and supporting essential IT telecommunication solutions.
In this temporary contract role, you'll collaborate with the Health Services I&IT Cluster, focusing on mission-critical communication systems for ambulance dispatch centres. Your expertise in IT and telecommunications will help optimize service delivery across various technologies. Strong technical skills and the ability to lead initiatives are essential for success in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and manage IT telecommunication systems
• Provide Tier 2 & 3 technical support for end-users
• Resolve technical incidents and coordinate with vendors
• Monitor performance of integrated voice and data systems
• Conduct seminars and offer system change consulting
Requirements:
• Valid class G driver’s license
• CPR and first aid certifications
