In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, translating complex access requirements into seamless, secure, and user-friendly technical workflows. Utilizing ServiceNow native functionality and third-party integrations, you will play a critical role in ensuring our access request and approval pipelines are efficient, compliant, and highly automated.
