Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Accounting team in London, ON (Hybrid). This role is responsible for overseeing the Company’s accounts receivable processes while supporting broader accounting operations. The position ensures timely and accurate invoicing, collections, reconciliations, cash application, and client account management. This full‑time, hybrid role reports to the Controller. Annual compensation is $53,000–$57,000.

Responsibilities

• Complete full‑cycle accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment application, account reconciliations, collections, and maintenance of customer accounts.
• Drive collections and follow‑up with clients and sales to ensure all outstanding accounts are collected.
