Technical Skills
- 3–5 years of strong experience in IT Infrastructure field support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and OS issues while maintaining compliance with hardware warranties and customer security policies.
- Hands‑on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and fixing desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN environments and ability to perform smart‑hand activities on‑site.
- Capability to lift or move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Expertise in desk‑side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows OS and preferably MAC/Linux OS.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
- Experience providing smart‑hand support for networking and peripheral devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, monitors, scanners, etc.
