Information & Digital Manager - South America (Santiago)

Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing regional I&D operations and personnel, ensuring services and support is scaled to meet study and project needs. The role focuses on broad engagement with regional management teams and the Mining & Materials IS&T manager to set regional goals and ensure best practices on complex scopes and projects. The role manages the performance and timely delivery of regional I&D, automation, document management and digital delivery services. It ensures a service delivery mindset, manages staffing requirements, and participates in regional planning and budgeting that feeds into business‑level budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
