Location: MICs Facility (Matheson, Iroquois Falls or Cochrane) The Infection Prevention & Control Program Leader (IPCPL) is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining infection prevention and control programs across all MICs facilities. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this management‑level role leads surveillance activities, supports outbreak identification and response, and ensures compliance with applicable guidelines, policies, and procedures.
The IPCPL provides expertise and support to staff, collaborates with Public Health, supports long-term care IPAC requirements, and oversees the Medical Device Reprocessing (MDR) program through audits, quality improvement initiatives, and policy development.
