Industrial Process Engineer (Chihuahua)

General Description
Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes.
Ensure that the manufacturing area complies with all Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost requirements in order to meet customer needs.
Ensure that established procedures are properly followed by manufacturing personnel.
Actively participate, according to the assigned role, in Engineering Changes, Deviations, VEs, MCs, NPIs, and product routings.
Responsibilities
Develop manufacturing processes, including workstations, equipment, and required tooling
Develop new manufacturing lines based on information received from process or product transfers
Quote and purchase new process equipment, as well as develop assembly fixtures
Define and maintain takt time for each process and ensure line balancing
Measure and implement actions to achieve Yield, Scrap, and minimum OEE targets according to performance evaluation goals
