Industrial Plant Maintenance Manager

Ferrero is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance management in our Chilean hazelnut plant. You will oversee operational continuity and equipment reliability, planning and supervising all maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background and at least 5 years of experience in production or machinery maintenance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is preferred, along with strong people management skills. A commitment to excellence and ability to work under pressure are essential.
