Industrial Electrician
Job Description
The Licensed Industrial Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and electronics systems in a highly automated Hilton Foods production facility. This role ensures production reliability, regulatory compliance, and safe operation of all electrical and control systems.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics and code specifications to install and operationalize industrial equipment.
- Install, maintain, test, and repair electric motors, sensors, servo drive, variable frequency drive and automated equipment used in food processing.
- Troubleshoot HMIs, PLC ladder logic, electrical and electronic control systems, including PLC‑based automation used on production lines.
- Siemens/Allen Bradly PLC experience is highly desirable.
- Perform root‑cause analysis to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
