Position: Indirect Tax Manager / Lead

Location - Pune

Role Purpose:

To lead and oversee all indirect tax matters (GST, Customs, and Pre-GST matters where applicable) for manufacturing operations, ensuring full compliance, effective tax planning, risk mitigation, and optimization of tax positions across supply chain transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C, etc.)
• Oversee reconciliation of GST data (books vs returns vs e-way bills)
• Monitor compliance with Customs, import/export regulations, and applicable duties
• Ensure adherence to statutory provisions, notifications, and circulars
• Manage tax compliance calendar and ensure zero non-compliance risk

2. Litigation & Assessments
