Requirements

• Strong and proven negotiation skills
• Degree in business, engineering, or supply chain management
• 1–3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management
• Proven track record in direct and indirect material negotiations
• Knowledge of commodity and cost drivers
• Experience working with international suppliers and multi-site operations
• Strong English skills; additional languages are a plus
• Familiar with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Confident communicator and relationship builder in various cultures
• Willingness to travel for supplier visits or project coordination
• Knowledge of source-to-pay
