Job Description
Oversee Indigenous Child and Family programming with Native Child and Family Services. This supervisory position focuses on nurturing relationships and promoting cultural integrity in community services.
As a key leader, you will implement programs rooted in Indigenous ways of knowing and ensure they meet the needs of families. The Supervisor will play a vital role in integrating cultural practices and fostering identity and belonging among children and families. Strong collaboration with community partners is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of innovative early learning programs
• Build relationships with Indigenous families and community members
• Ensure programs promote safe and inclusive environments
• Support staff in applying Indigenous practices
• Manage operational and budgetary aspects of programs
