Executive Assistant – Indigenous
Hybrid work (3 days on office, 2 remote)
Office location is Downtown Montreal, beautiful building
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Leader and coordinates activities for the Montréal office. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive communications
- Prepare briefings and ensure Executives are informed of priorities and commitments
- Coordinate projects, track deliverables, and support key initiatives
- Organize travel, events, and logistics
- Manage expenses, budgets, and invoice processing in line with guidelines
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide backup support and mentor administrative staff as needed
