Inbound Sales Development Representative
Job Description
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing North America team. This role is the first point of contact our potential customers have with our sales team. You will drive revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience generating leads or selling technology-based solutions. If you’re looking to grow your sales career, then this is the position for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business growth by qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing generated sources (webinars, trials, quote/demo requests) primarily through telephone and email communication.
- Nurture all inbound leads through to qualification for Lightspeed’s inside sales team.
- Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world‑class experience.
- Identify customer needs to determine if Lightspeed solutions would be a good fit.
