We are looking for a results-driven Inbound Manager to join the 3PL Control Tower. This role drives execution performance and cost reduction across the 3P fulfillment network by governing Inbound and transfer-In flows, improving throughput, and eliminating defects through data-driven mechanisms. The Inbound Manager will own end-to-end Inbound process performance and productivity improvement plans across our 3P fulfillment centers in Brazil. This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up — shaping how 3P Inbound operations are managed and scaled in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key job responsibilities
Process Monitoring & Execution: Monitor Inbound and transfer-In flows across the 3P FC network with focus on speed and quality input metrics. Ensure operations are aligned with network plans and adherent to best practices.
