About The Opportunity

On behalf of one of Eastern Ontario’s oldest and most prestigious family businesses, LRO has been engaged to source an In‑House legal professional. You will work as part of an established legal team with multiple operating companies to provide advice and deliver advisory services in the area of construction and development; both residential and commercial.

Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will contribute to negotiations, draft agreements and review contracts.

• Manage multiple projects including oversight of real estate transactions, agreements and financing
• Review various commercial and corporate contracts and provide advice
• Draft and negotiate real‑estate transactions
• Manage relationships with external counsel
