Job Title: Implementation Specialist Department: Product Support Job Description: The Implementation Specialist provides premier product support for Radiation Oncology Company web- based applications. This position handles high-level and cross-departmental tasks such as, pre-sales IT support calls, marketing and show support, product development beta support, onsite customer installations and trouble-shooting. Key Areas of Responsibility: Implementation of the Radiotherapy Products across varying degrees of network topology and operating systems Remote support for configuration and verification of all Radiotherapy products and interface with customers to make site Training-Ready Provide remote or on-site support for training engagements Create detailed instructions and diagrams that address problem-resolution or how-to scenario Reviews SOs Knowledge Base for accuracy and post new and relevant articles Assist with customer database (MS SQL) implementation, configuration and migration Pr...
