IDC Liaison for Intelcom Logistics

Drive strategic partnerships as an IDC Liaison with Intelcom | Dragonfly, Canada’s leader in last-mile logistics. Ensure productivity, compliance, and advocacy among Independent Delivery Contractors (IDCs).
In this pivotal role, reporting to the Manager of Partnership Development, you will align IDC performance with Intelcom’s objectives. Utilize KPIs and data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and foster engagement among IDCs. Your responsibilities span relationship building, capacity planning, and ensuring compliance while supporting operational excellence.
