IBM i / AS400 Developer

This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing IBM i / AS400 applications in a telecommunications billing environment. It requires strong technical depth, leadership capability, and the ability to manage estimation, planning, development, technical delivery, production support, and transition risk across a complex legacy application landscape.

• Strong hands-on IBM i (iSeries/AS400) technical expertise across RPG, RPGLE (free format), CL/CLLE, COBOL, SQL/Embedded SQL, DDM, display/subfiles, DB2 for i, ILE architecture, batch jobs, and scheduled processes, with experience in development, production support, troubleshooting, and technical leadership.
• Experience working with telecommunications enterprise billing systems, including Billing, Rating, Message Processing, Accounts Receivable, Ordering, and system integrations using web services and MQ.
