IAM Business and Process Optimization Lead

Location: Downtown Toronto, near TTC and GO; Office at 141 Bay Street (CIBC North Tower).

Schedule: 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday. Hybrid – office once a week on Tuesday and one Friday per month.

Contract: Target rate $80-100/hr B2B; potential for extension.

Overview

Lead the optimization of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and infrastructure onboarding to SailPoint IIQ within the Identity Access Lifecycle Services line of business. The role will work with IAM service owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to drive automation opportunities, process improvements, and strategic identity initiatives.
