Interactive Brokers is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist for a hybrid role that combines in-office and remote support. Your communication and analytical skills will support optimal trading operations.
Based in Greenwich, CT, you'll join the Technical Operations (TOPS) team responsible for maintaining a robust brokerage system. This role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and expertise in systems troubleshooting, particularly in Linux. Your ability to analyze urgent issues while collaborating with diverse teams will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor the health of the brokerage system and applications
• Troubleshoot and escalate operational issues as they arise
• Assist in Post-Incident reviews across teams
• Provide technical support as 2nd-level helpdesk
