Job Description
Join Axiom Technologies as a Desktop Support Engineer in a hybrid model based in Langley, British Columbia. Deliver exceptional technical support to enhance end-user experience with timely problem-solving and effective communication.
With at least 3 years of IT infrastructure experience, you'll manage service requests, perform troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with company policies. This position combines both desktop support and dispatch duties, requiring you to efficiently resolve technical issues while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Coordinate service requests for efficient dispatch
• Monitor the service queue for timely issue resolution
• Provide intermediate-to-advanced IMAC services
• Communicate effectively with IT management and clients
