You will interact with advisors, provide regular updates, and manage assigned files to uphold quality standards. Your contributions will enhance the onboarding journey of advisors at PPI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure advisor contracting and transfers are processed efficiently
• Communicate with advisors regarding their contracting status
• Take ownership of assigned contracts and ensure data accuracy
• Onboard and screen advisors using APEXA system
• Investigate issues related to licensing and commission overrides
