Job Description
Elevate your career with Kinaxis as a Hybrid Compensation Analyst Co-op based in Ottawa. This 12-month full-time position will have you supporting our commission and compensation processes.
Starting in September 2026, you will report to the Director of Financial Operations while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure the accuracy of commission payments for eligible employees. Your focus will be on month-end processes and data management within our financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in calculations for bonuses and commissions
• Enter and maintain financial data accurately
• Perform ad-hoc reporting as required
Requirements:
• Enrolled in Accounting, Finance, or similar degree program
• Capable of managing confidential information
• Strong analytical and detail orientation
• Solid Excel skills for data analysis
