Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize comprehensive case files
• Interact effectively with clients and witnesses
• Attend Provincial and Supreme Court hearings
• Prepare and draft legal documents accurately
• File court documents and manage filings
• Conduct trial preparations, including witness prep
Requirements:
• Law degree with membership in BC Law Society
• Willingness to attend court in Kelowna and surrounding areas
• Strong ethics and commitment to all tasks
