Join Brunel as an Ariba Support Analyst in Calgary, Alberta, working in a hybrid model. Your mission will be to provide proactive support for SAP Ariba and its procurement processes.
This crucial role involves delivering day-to-day functional support for SAP Ariba in a 12-month assignment. You will monitor a shared support inbox, resolve user inquiries, and assist with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support specifically for sourcing and Source-to-Pay (S2P) activities. Collaborate closely with teams like Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Master Data to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and categorize shared support mailbox requests
• Provide real-time support for Ariba sourcing events
• Troubleshoot supplier access and publishing errors
