Job Description
**Description:** The HWIL Electrical Design & Integration Engineer serves as a senior engineer responsible for the end‑to‑end electrical design, integration, and verification of real‑time, closed‑loop HWIL capabilities. With 3 + years of relevant experience, the engineer works under general direction, leads technical efforts, influences project objectives, and engages senior leadership on critical matters.
**What You Will Be Doing**
• Lead Electrical Design: Develop detailed cable harnesses, complex PCB layouts, and component integration strategies for multiple HWIL programs.
• Simulation & Modeling: Support HWIL real‑time closed‑loop simulation (including Missile 6‑DOF).
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware failures, EMI/EMC issues, timing mismatches, and connector problems using lab equipment.
