About the Role
We’re seeking someone to join our HR Reporting team as a Human Resources Regulatory Reporting & Enablement Lead. In this Vice‑President level position within HR Data & Intelligence, you will deliver the firm’s HR regulatory reporting and strengthen how HR reporting products are designed and used, ensuring they meet user needs and support well‑informed decisions.
Location: All positions are located in Montreal, Quebec. We offer a hybrid work environment, combining remote work and attendance in the office.
Knowledge of French and English is required.
What you’ll do in the role
- Lead the firm’s HR regulatory reporting portfolio, ensuring accurate, timely submissions across reporting cycles and for relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Improve understanding and effective use of HR reporting products—including self‑service dashboards—by strengthening user guidance and simplifying the user experience.
