The Human Resources Manager at Able (AAT USA, LLC.) is a full-time, on-site role based in Nogales, SON. This role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding. The Human Resources Manager will implement and maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards, and support leaders with workforce planning and organizational development. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance, maintaining accurate employee records, handling employee relations matters, and promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe workplace culture. The person in this position will also coordinate training and development initiatives, support change management efforts, and partner with management to align HR practices with business objectives.
