Join our team as an HR Manager for our Confectionery Factory, where you’ll play a key role in driving people and business success. Reporting to the Regional HR Manager and part of the site leadership team, you will lead HR operations in a unionized environment—delivering end‑to‑end HR support to both hourly and salaried employees and executing people strategies that directly impact performance and culture. This role is an existing vacancy.
