The HR Generalist supports aligning the FORVIA people strategy with local business needs.
You will act as an administrative HR expert and be the trusted partner for FORVIA employees in your perimeter.

Responsibilities
Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter
Manage the organizational structure and recruitment process
Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics
Execute local and integral HR initiatives such as employee surveys, employer branding initiatives, employee events, and change projects
Coordinate external HR service providers
Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development processes
Prepare reports and analyses
Coordinate and conduct the employee evaluation and bonus process
Participate in audits and controls related to managed areas
