Job Description

Command Investigations, LLC is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to join our team in a remote work from home role. The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for entry-level projects such as coordinating interviews and training, compliance audits, basic HRIS duties and other tasks.

The ideal person for this position has previous expertise in Human Resources.

Essential Functions:

+ Recruitment – Coordinate interviews for recruiting staff, including initial reach out, adding to calendars, reaching out to individuals who no-call/no-show interviews and troubleshooting issues. This role will also respond back to basic inquiries

+ Compliance - Assist with the I-9 audit and moving files between the old HRIS system and the new system.  This role will also focus on ensuring all auto insurance and drivers' licenses are accurate and up-to-date.
