About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to serve as the lead HR partner for a dynamic manufacturing and operations-focused organization. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting both employees and leadership while driving employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, and overall HR strategy.
Depending on experience and qualifications, this role may be hired at either the Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager level.
The successful candidate will be a hands‑on HR leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, builds strong relationships across the organization, and serves as a trusted advisor to operational leadership teams.
