Overview
The Brick is actively seeking to expand our Human Resources team. Reporting to the National Director of Human Resources, the primary role of the Human Resources Business Partner is to promote and lead a positive and proactive employee environment in the Distribution Centers, Home Delivery department and Commercial Division. You will provide HR guidance and expertise to the province of Ontario, while maintaining alignment of business objectives.
Travel requirement: Ability to travel within the region as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead employee relations activities across the Distribution Centre, Fleet, Trans Global Services, including group and individual meetings, and promote constructive communication between employees and management.
- Coach and support managers and employees in resolving workplace issues; provide guidance on documentation, conflict resolution, and employee concerns.
