Kenaidan is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner in Mississauga, ON, to support high-performing teams and ensure the alignment of HR best practices with project requirements. Your role will involve enhancing employee engagement and compliance with relevant legislation.
As an HRBP, you will be deeply involved in workforce planning, conflict resolution, and coaching leaders to foster team effectiveness. With your 5-8 years of HR experience, ideally within construction or similar environments, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive initiatives and enhance the employee lifecycle. Reporting on workforce analytics will also be part of your skill set in this critical role.
