Human Resources Business Partner

HMSHost is seeking an experienced, bilingual (French & English) HR Business Partner to support Food & Beverage and Retail operations at Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL).

This is a highly visible, hands-on role partnering with Operations leadership to drive employee engagement, talent development, labor relations, workforce planning, and HR compliance. You will act as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced, unionized operational environment.

Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL) – Onsite

$105,000 – $115,000 annually + Quarterly Bonus 15%–25% target incentive
