Human Resources Assistant
Location: Support, East Bank Demerara.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all administrative tasks within the department.
- Update all HR trackers including recruitment, leave, new start exit, promotion, disciplinary action, Staff GTM sickness claims and probation tracker.
- Provides administrative support and guidance to employees.
- Record minutes from weekly Management meetings.
- Filing of documents and correspondence and updating employee’s personal files.
- Completing NIS and GTM sickness benefit and application claim forms for employees.
- Update supervisor on upcoming calendar events activities.
- Create files with all necessary documents for new on boarding staff.
- Type letters and memos.
- Update Techlify HR software with employee’s personal information.
