Human Resource Specialist (6-month contract)

Join our dynamic team as a Human Resource Specialist on a temporary six‑month contract as a leading support to the Consumer Shopper Engagement (CSE) and Business Support Operations (BSO) teams.

Location: Torre Obispado 1 (T.Op) Constitución 2200, Obispado, 64060 Monterrey, N.L., Mexico (moving in September 2026). Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote per week.

Core Responsibilities

• Own Employee Relations governance for the site: lead investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, grievances, ethics cases, and conflict resolution processes, ensuring legal compliance and consistent decision‑making.
• Mitigate labor and compliance risk proactively: ensure full adherence to Mexican Labor Law, telework regulations, STPS requirements, internal policies, and audit standards; anticipate and prevent litigation, inspections, or reputational risk.
