Job Description
ob Responsibilities:
HR Analytics / MIS Reporting / Team Leadership
- Compile HR data and metrics from various data sources, payroll outputs, HR systems, and client/internal databases.
- Own management reporting deliverables including SLA/KPI reporting as per SOWs, dashboards on headcount, attrition, retention, productivity, accuracy, and other HRO performance metrics across daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc frequencies.
